Communication

For communication with professors, fellow students, or ABK administration: please use your ABK e-mail address at all times! You may use the Microsoft Outlook webservice or download the software to your computer or smartphone (access on outlook.office.com).

Attention: Do not forward your ABK email account to another mailbox. This may negatively affect the functionality of your ABK user account and communication with the academy!

Communication in class

Ask your professors how to best contact them – email, Microsoft Teams chat, a forum in the ABK Portal…

Agree on one communication tool for your course / class. Avoid tools that do not respect data privacy laws (e.g. WhatsApp) for your ABK communication!
